NATIONAL WEAR RED DAY

It is my desire to let you know about a cause NEAR AND DEAR to my heart and I want to remind you to wear red to help increase awareness and show support for women and heart disease.
It is our NUMBER 1 killer.
One in three women will die from it.
The little red dress pin is a way to deliver a wake up call to us to take better care of ourselves and prevent heart disease so we can be around for the ones we
LOVE
Don't forget to wear YOUR dress

even if it isn't a dress

Now I am thinking I really need a new red dress... And I am also thinking I will have no troubles talking hubby into that one!

Gail your so sweet for ding this post....I too want to wear red and support such a wonderful cause. My mom had two open heart surgeries and a brother of mine also. We all need to support this cause.

Thank you for making me aware of this wonderful cause. Wearing red is no problem, like Little Red Riding Hood!
I heard a giant snowstorm is expected in Washington/NY/New Jersey area - hope all is well for you. The U.S. has had some frigid temps, I lived most of my life in Florida, so I'm still trying to figure out how to stay warm here.
